EXCEL TO DPP

Start with the file your team already uses.

Made IQ works from apparel product data in Excel or CSV. The first output is not an automatic compliance claim: it is a reviewable product record that shows what was supplied, what can be calculated and what still needs attention.

One file, one context

Upload a buying sheet or product export. Each file stays identifiable in Storage, so teams can return to the right import, source and set of products instead of mixing two collections.

A template is available when a team wants more structured input, but a new template is not required to start.

Review before publication

Check product identity, composition, weight, production location and any other recognised fields. Missing or uncertain information remains visible. Corrections can be made for one product or for a selected group when the same fact applies.

The original source remains connected to the reviewed record. A new upload is not silently treated as the same product or passport without the right identity and review.

Calculate only what is supported

Product-specific data and governed calculation rules determine which impact results are available. Better composition, weight, process and origin data can strengthen the calculation. Missing transport information is not counted as zero or quietly folded into a production-only result.

Publish a controlled passport

After review, a published product passport receives a stable public destination. Its QR label can remain the same when approved information changes later. Private source files and internal review details are not automatically exposed.
